My approach is integrative and practical, drawing from CBT, REBT, IFS, mindfulness, inner child work and hypnotherapy depending on what supports you best. Above all, I value genuineness, simplicity, and integrity. Being invited into people’s lives in this way is something I see as a real honour and privilege.

Our work balances structure and flow- sometimes slowing down to understand and challenge old patterns and sometimes focusing on practical ways forward.

I’m human in the room. I have a slightly whacked-on-the-head sense of humour, I’m a bit nerdy, and I fidget sometimes. We might laugh in sessions or talk about books, art, tattoos, nature, or whatever you’re passionate about.

You’re always welcome to bring a coffee or snack and settle in.
